Carnival Corp & Plc the world's largest cruise operator, reinstated its quarterly dividend on Thursday, citing "notable improvement" in its access to capital markets.
Carnival's board declared a quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share, payable March 12 to holders of record on Feb. 19.
Carnival had announced it would suspend its dividend in November 2008, at the height of the financial crisis.
